We offer a lifetime guarantee on our compression packing cube products. This includes wears, tears & zip breakages. We will replace cubes individually as opposed to an entire pack. In order to qualify for a replacement or repaired item a photo of the malfunction must be sent along with order number to; support@easypackpro.com. In the subject heading please label this "Replace - ORDER NO XXXX"

- Free cancellations must be submitted via email prior to your order being dispatched from our fulfillment center.
- Returns must be initiated within 60 days of order delivery.
- Do not ship your return to us prior to contacting and receiving approval from customer support.
- If your item is damaged, broken upon arrival, please contact us and we will provide a replacement upon reasonable proof.
- Return postage cost must be covered by you the customer. Please contact us for the relevant returns address.
- We may ask you to take a photo of your return to help us in improving our product.
- Refunds are sent to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 21 working days for your refund to be processed upon approval.
- Please allow for delivery delays during peak order volume. Items that arrive significantly later than expected may qualify for a partial refund, unless notice of delay is given and cancellation options are offered.
